• Subscription Fee: After the free trial, the subscription automatically renews at $19.95 per month unless canceled.
• Cancellation: Users may cancel their subscription at any time before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.
• Refund Policy: If you are not satisfied with our service, we offer refunds upon request.
• Payment Processing: All payments are securely processed through CCBill.

3. User Responsibilities

• No Liability for Third-Party Content: We are not responsible for inaccuracies, errors, or misleading information on third-party real estate websites.
• Not a Real Estate Broker: FixerUpper.ai is not a licensed real estate brokerage and does not facilitate property transactions.
